1. Method of payment
Online reservations on www.mycamp.cz can be paid by payment card through the secure Comgate payment gateway.
2. Reservations made more than 21 days before arrival
Payment for the reservation is split into two parts.
Deposit – 25%
When the reservation is made, the guest pays 25% of the total price by payment card.
Balance – 75%
The remaining 75% of the total price must be paid no later than 21 calendar days before the planned arrival.
The guest will receive payment information for the balance, including a secure payment link, at the e-mail address provided in the reservation.
The balance is paid by payment card through the Comgate payment gateway.
3. Reservations made 21 days or less before arrival
For reservations made 21 or fewer calendar days before the planned arrival, the full price of the reservation is payable immediately when the reservation is made.
In this case the guest pays 100% of the total price in a single payment by payment card.
4. Unpaid balance
If the guest does not pay the balance by the due date, the operator will send an e-mail reminder with an additional period for payment.
The reservation will not be cancelled automatically merely because the balance has not been paid.
If payment is not made even within the additional period, the operator will deal with the situation individually in accordance with the contractual terms and applicable law.
5. Payment security
Online payments are processed through the Comgate payment gateway operated by Comgate a.s.
Payment card details are entered in the secure environment of the payment gateway. Camping Chvalšiny spol. s r.o. does not have access to the guest’s full payment card details.
6. Confirmation of payment
After a successful payment, the guest receives confirmation of the payment made.
Every payment is assigned to the relevant reservation.
7. Refunds
If the guest becomes entitled to a refund under the applicable cancellation terms or legal regulations, the operator will refund the relevant amount no later than 7 calendar days after the entitlement arises.
The refund will usually be made to the card used for the original payment, where technically possible. Otherwise, another method of refund will be agreed with the guest.
