1. Cancelling a reservation
The guest may request cancellation of a confirmed reservation by sending an e-mail to info@mycamp.cz.
The request should state the guest’s name, the reservation number and the dates of stay.
The date and time the request is delivered to the operator is decisive for assessing the cancellation.
2. Camping pitches
- Cancellation more than 7 calendar days before arrival: no cancellation fee.
- Cancellation 7 or fewer calendar days before arrival: cancellation fee of 100% of the total price of the reservation.
3. Rented accommodation
For Tiny House, CampHouse, caravans, bungalows and tunnel tents:
- Cancellation more than 21 calendar days before arrival: no cancellation fee.
- Cancellation 21 or fewer calendar days before arrival: cancellation fee of 100% of the total price of the reservation.
4. Refunds upon cancellation
When a reservation is cancelled without a cancellation fee, the guest is entitled to a refund of all payments already made for the cancelled reservation, including the deposit and any balance.
The payment will be refunded no later than 7 calendar days after the entitlement to a refund arises.
The refund will usually be made via the payment card originally used, where technically possible.
If a cancellation fee applies, amounts already paid will be set off against that fee. The statutory rights of consumers remain unaffected.
5. Unpaid balance
If the guest does not pay the remaining 75% of the reservation price 21 days before arrival, they will receive an e-mail reminder and an additional period for payment.
The reservation will not be cancelled automatically because the balance has not been paid.
Any further handling of an unpaid reservation will be assessed individually in accordance with the applicable contractual terms and legal regulations.
6. Complaints about accommodation services
The guest has the right to make a complaint about deficiencies in the accommodation services provided.
A complaint can be made in person at reception or by e-mail to info@mycamp.cz.
We recommend reporting any deficiencies without undue delay, preferably during the stay, so that they can be remedied as quickly as possible.
In the complaint, we recommend stating the reservation number, a description of the deficiency, the date it was discovered and the requested solution.
The operator will issue confirmation that the complaint has been made and will resolve it without undue delay, at the latest within the statutory period of 30 days, unless a longer period is agreed with the guest.
Depending on the nature of a justified complaint, the guest may be entitled in particular to have the deficiency remedied, to a reasonable discount or to another remedy provided by law.
Any financial compensation arising from an accepted complaint will be paid no later than 7 calendar days after the entitlement to it arises.
7. Out-of-court dispute resolution
In the event of an unresolved consumer dispute, the consumer has the right to contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce).
