Chvalsiny saddles

The weather was beautiful this weekend, just right for a barbecue. So we walked a few minutes from the campsite to the Chvalšiny Fishery, which offers fresh trout, carp and other fishes. We thought it would be a good idea to share the culinary experience with you. For those who do not want to cook in the campsite, but appreciate fresh fish, we recommend using our bistro menu, which is never lacking fish. In summer we offer smoked trout as part of the BBQ night at our campsite.
